I want to share with you my latest dinner, very easy, quick, simple and healthy. I was craving spaghetti, but I did not want to classic ones, because they are boring. Also, I wanted something little bit healthier, so I went to the shop and bought some vegetable, wholemeat spaghetti and parmesan cheese.
I cut garlic, mushrooms and asparagus into little pieces and place everything on the pan. Later I added peas, salt, pepper and oregano. In another big bowl I cooked wholemeat spaghetti. When they were cooked, I added the pesto and a little bit of olive oil and mixed everything together. Serve it with little bit of parmesan.
I promise, it is amazing! :)
I just want to tell you, that I am still cooking and making photos of my food with new camera, I just did not have time to upload them. I was on holiday, taking rest for a while, but still thinking about cooking.
